Tokayev proposes creating CIS center for climate and disaster forecasting


DUSHANBE. Oct 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has proposed the creation of a Regional Center for Forecasting Climate and Industrial Emergencies at a Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) summit.
